What kind of products are good for the skin?

Getting compliments constantly on one’s look feels wonderful, doesn’t it, ladies?

Let me share some of my beauty tips.

I am more of a natural type of girl: while playing and experimenting with facials, potions and lotions, processes, and decorating the face can be great fun for a girl, I also like to minimize the time, effort and money involved to create my prettyness.

Plus, it is very advisable to choose products that will actually do good for your skin.

However, many of the commonly used prescription or over-the-counter creams and lotions, everyday and luxury beauty products contain harmful ingredients that will harm your skin and your health on a long run, even from several of the biggest brands.

So what kind of skin products are good for the skin?

Here is a short educational, fun video about cosmetic products:

Some of my best tips for skin problems and for general, everyday care as well, are these very simple and safe methods:

1. Dry brushing
2. Baking soda as an exfoliant
3. Himalayan salt as a tonic
4. Aloe Vera gel for face, hands, body, hair, cuts and burns, itching and a lot more
5. Coconut oil for face, hands, body, hair
6. Renu 28 gel
7. ASEA cell water, topically as well

There are of course, many more products from Mother Nature and health and environment conscious manufacturers, various goodies from your kitchen such as olive oil, lemon and a lot more, essential oils, organic soaps, shampoos and so on. I use several of them, whatever I have at hand: olive, apricot kernel, avocado, coconut, wild rose or grape seed oils or cocoa butter for my face, hand and decollete, some of them also for my body.

I chose these seven champions above because they each can be almost a universal solution alone for whatever your skin needs, and in combination, they will make your skin the happiest you can ever dream of.

Each of these methods or products deserve their own post – or maybe even a book – and will be covered later on, stay tuned, but here in this post I will only mention a few random uses.

Just one further use of baking soda for instance, is to wash your hand with it: wet your hand, put a little bit of this white powder on it, scrub your hands as when you normally soap them, rinse and voila, your hands are clean and soft.

Aloe vera has countless of known topical applications, since ages – best if you buy or grow a plant and use the fresh juicy bits, apply it to almost everything from cuts and burns, to giving a terrific freshness and glow to your face. Hey, it was even good enough for Cleopatra!

Okay, it is now 2016; here is a breakthrough dermatology and cosmetic product for you: Renu 28 has about 50 applications that are known so far.
